They're placed immediately after tooth extraction and implant placement and worn throughout your implant healing period. These dentures ensure you maintain your appearance and ability to speak and eat while your implant sites heal and your final restoration is being crafted.

Can I eat normally with transitional dentures?

You'll need to start with soft foods for the first few weeks and gradually introduce firmer foods as you become comfortable. While transitional dentures don't provide the same biting force as implants, they allow you to eat many everyday foods. Avoid very hard or sticky items during this temporary phase.
